The Maumee Chamber produces an official newsletter, The Chamber Exchange, the first week of every month. We mail out 375 copies to members and include flyer inserts from our members. The insert cost is $45 and must be delivered to the Chamber office by the 22nd of the previous month. The size requirement is 8.5” x 11,” one or two-sided printing on paper weight stock. Multiple pages or thicker stock will incur an additional fee. Please call or email us if you have any questions.
The Chamber Exchange also offers free advertising to its members in the “Spotlight on Members” section. As a Chamber member you will receive a “call for announcements” via email as we begin writing the newsletter. At that time you are invited to submit a 100-word or less blurb about what is going on at your business. It can be a special event or just a paragraph about your services.
Display Ads are offered once a year in May. You can purchase a 12-month ad space for $300. This is a great way to have your name in front of Chamber members on a monthly basis. If you need help in designing the ad let us know – we are happy to help for a minimal fee.
