We are inviting Chamber Members to participant as a vendor at our annual November luncheon. We are asking all vendors to be creative with their booth decorations, provide some sort of give-a-way item or hold a raffle. If we make this an exciting event, it will be another successful annual affair. This is a great venue to showcase your business to other members! And a good opportunity to walk around and get to know other Chamber members as well.

VENDOR SPACE (Chamber Members Only):
Vendor space is limited to 65. Each vendor will be provided with an 8 ft. covered table. Locations are NOT assigned, but taken on a first-come basis. Tables can be shared as long as each company is registered with the Chamber office so that we can include you on our hand-out to visitors. You must be a Chamber member to participate. Let us know if you need an electrical outlet.

VENDOR FEE: $45 - 8' Table / $25 for shared 8' table
The Chamber will invoice your company. We can arrange for shared table space. No refunds after November 1 due to cancellation. Your payment secures your space.

LUNCH FEE IS $14 EXTRA. You must have lunch reservations - no outside food is allowed at The Pinnacle. Vendors leave their booths to join us for lunch between noon and 1:15 p.m.

HOURS: Set up is from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m. The event is open from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Staffing is at your own discretion.

ATTENDANCE EXPECTATION: 200. Plan your day's events accordingly. This is a good time to invite a non-member guest to visit us.
