We are inviting up to 50 Chamber businesses and non-profit groups to participant as a vendor at our year-end luncheon. The Business Expo will be promoted to the public through The Mirror Newspapers. Invitations and flyers will be sent to Chamber members and other area businesses encouraging attendance and participation throughout the day.

We are asking all vendors to be creative with their booth decorations, provide some sort of giveaway item or hold a raffle. If we make this an exciting event, it will be another successful annual affair. Whether you are trying to attract the community residents or other business people, this can be a productive event if you plan properly. A great avenue to showcase your business to other members! And a good opportunity to walk around and get to know other Chamber members as well.

VENDOR SPACE
Vendor space is limited to 50. Each vendor will get an 8 ft. table. You will need to cover and skirt the table and provide your own chairs. Tables will be set up in the lobby, walkway areas and in the large conference room, which will be open to the luncheon room. Locations are NOT assigned, but taken on a first-come basis. Tables can be shared as long as each company is officially registered with the Chamber office so that we can include you on our hand-out to visitors. You must be a Chamber member to participate.

VENDOR FEE: $45 - 8' Table / $25 for shared 8' table
The Chamber will invoice your company. We can arrange for shared table space. No refunds after December 1 due to cancellation. Your payment secures your space.
 
LUNCH FEE IS $12 EXTRA. You must have lunch reserved if you plan to eat, no outside food is allowed at Brandywine Country Club. Most vendors  will leave their booths to join us for lunch between noon and 1 p.m.

HOURS: Set up is from 9 to 10:30 a.m. The event is open from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Staffing is at your own discretion.

ATTENDANCE EXPECTATION:  150 - 200.  Plan your day's events accordingly. This is a good time to invite a non-member guest to visit us.
